  • No Cloud Storage: We do not upload or sync your personal data to any cloud servers or external databases
  • Device-Specific: Your data remains on the specific device and browser where you installed the extension

Important: Because data is stored locally, it will not be available if you use a different browser or device, and may be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

  • Local Data: Stored indefinitely until you manually delete it, clear browser data, or uninstall the extension
  • Campaign History: Retained locally for your reference until you choose to delete it
  • Anonymous Analytics (if opted-in): Aggregated data retained for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes
  • Support Communications: Retained for up to 36 months after resolution for quality assurance

  • Note: Once deleted locally, data cannot be recovered as we do not maintain backups of your personal data
